The process of painting press-ons has helped me reconnect with my creativity and childlike whimsy.
The meaning of ‘rose witch nails’
I heard an inner calling to remember my divine feminine power through the sacred rose. Roses are divine Venusian flowers that carry a special signature and essence. Like the rose, I am blooming, healing, and unfolding in my own time – the same as every woman remembering her divine power in this lifetime. The rose connects us to all the sacred aspects of our womanhood. That is why I chose to honor the power and beauty of the rose through including it in the name.
Witch should not be a bad word. Witches are the ones who stood for their truth and sacred knowledge, and were too often burned for refusing to betray themselves or renounce their role as healer, wisdom keeper, and steward of the land. I honor my path of reclamation as well as the ones who came before me by calling myself a witch and including this in my business name.
Through nails I have finally found my perfect artistic canvas. The process of painting press-ons has helped me reconnect with my creativity, and childlike whimsy. As someone who had a heavy childhood, this means the world to me. I feel like a real artist for the first time in my life, and I am excited to continue to improve and hone my craft!
